Hartford Harvest Day Set. 26, 2015

We will be open on Hartford Harvest Day. We would like to invite you to stop by the library and see the displays of art and collectibles. The 4-H Club will have their displays up.
We will be having a HUGE Book Sale on the sidewalk and inside.
Please come on in and see the exciting things at the library.

Labor Day

We will be closed Sept. 5th – 7th in observance of Labor Day.

Library Update

The painting is completed. The library will be open today at 2:00. We would like to thank Stan Riggs for doing such a terrific job.
We would also like to thank our patrons for being understanding and supportive of the updates to their library.

“Every Hero Has a Story” is the theme of the Elmendaro Township LibrarySummer Reading Program.

As part of our program, we are collecting items to package and send to our troops overseas.

 We would like to invite everyone to donate items.

 You can drop your items off at the library during the hours that we are open.

 Please feel free to stop in and get a list of items to be collected.

We have also posted the list on our Facebook page and on the website at

 We will be packaging up items on July 13th.

2015 Summer Reading Program

We have had a terrific Summer Reading Program. Thank you to all who participated.

We would like to thank the Emporia Community Foundation for the funds for the Summer Reading Program.
